Emily Colleye is a Program Manager for the Honolulu Defense Forum (HDF) at Pacific Forum. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Haitian Affairs, where she coordinated interagency and international engagements for the Multinational Security Support (MSS) Mission for Haiti. She has also conducted policy research on Indo-Pacific security and economic issues through her work with IPIKU Think Tank.
Emily holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh, where her studies focused on national security and international policy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
