Noémie Lepetit is a student in the Master’s program in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations at Paris-Saclay University. Her work focuses on nuclear non-proliferation and strategic dynamics in the Indo-Pacific region. She is currently conducting research on the role and effectiveness of the Bangkok Treaty in a context shaped by nuclear deterrence and ongoing modernization efforts, with particular attention to its credibility as a regional non-proliferation instrument.
Her broader interests include international security, arms control regimes, and the legal frameworks governing the spread of nuclear weapons.
