Saki Kikuchi is a member of the Young Leaders Program at the Pacific Forum and a manager at EY Strategy and Consulting. She holds a BA in Applied History from Keio University. After working at a U.S. financial institution, she earned master’s degrees in International Security Policy from the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Public Policy and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Her recent publications include “Emergence of Cognitive Warfare and New International Security Threats Arising from ICT Services: A Perspective on the U.S. RESTRICT Act,” Journal of Information Law and Policy, Vol. 14, and “Marketing as a Weapon of Cognitive Warfare: How the U.S. Presidential Election Is Being Targeted,” Jitsugyo no Nihon Forum, August 9, 2024.Her research expertise includes nuclear deterrence, U.S.-China relations, state-sponsored disinformation, and cognitive warfare. At EY Strategy and Consulting, she serves as an international security expert, working with global business and academic communities on topics such as economic security research and assessment, international crisis scenario planning, defense technology and innovation management, and cognitive warfare.
