Since news of the swine flu outbreak broke and the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the virus a Global Health Emergency, swine flu cases have spread across the world, reaching Europe and the Asia Pacific. In Asia, countries like Thailand, China, and South Korea have reported suspected cases. Meanwhile in Mexico – the epicenter of the outbreak – as many as 149 people may have already died from the virus.
