Kylar Cade is in the M.A. in Public Administration Program at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Kylar is interested in supporting peace in the Indo-Pacific region by fostering understanding among peoples and governments. He previously earned a B.A. in International Relations from IE University in Spain.
