Paul Goldstein is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of PTB Global Advisors (PTBGA), a strategic consultancy established in 2000. With over 45 years of experience, he specializes in international affairs, geopolitical strategy, U.S. national security, and economic intelligence. He began his career as a journalist in Europe with the Executive Intelligence Review (1974–1979), and later served as a civilian operator in “Operation Bluelight,” the U.S. government’s first anti-terrorism initiative, working alongside the 5th Special Forces Group.
Since 1986, Mr. Goldstein has worked as a political and economic intelligence consultant, advising the U.S. intelligence community, the Japanese government, and major corporations. His clients include the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan Bank for International Cooperation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and NTT Research. He has held senior roles with leading think tanks and strategic organizations, including Vice President at Strategic Renaissance for the 21st Century (SR21) and Senior Vice President at IHS International, where he consulted for the Office of Net Assessment at the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Goldstein has presented at major international conferences and seminars and has worked on trilateral dialogues involving the U.S., Japan, and China. He holds a degree in History and Political Science from Indiana State University.
