Radford SAGARANG is the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager. He has been with Pacific Forum for over 20 years, and is responsible for all of Pacific Forum’s financial transactions and accounting activities. Radford is a talented musician who sings and plays guitar in the Leonani Trio, a three-person Hawaiian music group that includes his wife Celeste.
