A small, select group of Korean and U.S. experts and officials shared perspectives on pressing strategic issues and their impact on the U.S.-ROK alliance. We identified areas of concern, possible misunderstandings, and practical steps for more effective bilateral cooperation. This meeting is the first of what we hope will be a series of dialogues in which we explore in depth vital questions regarding regional strategic issues and the future of our alliance.
