Belle Rudge is a Program Manager at Pacific Forum. With extensive experience in foreign affairs, Belle has worked with high-level stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific to support policy dialogue and regional cooperation. Prior to joining Pacific Forum, Belle served with both the U.S. Department of State and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, advising on immigration procedures, cultural affairs, diplomatic engagement, and protocol. Her expertise in crisis management, event logistics, and international mobility enriches her work in advancing Pacific Forum’s mission of fostering meaningful global engagement.
