Chetsada Changmai is currently an East West Center Graduate Degree Fellow in his second year of the Master’s in Public Administration program at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He received his BA in English with first-class honors from Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. He is also a former academic fellow for the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative at the University of Nebraska at Omaha on Civic Engagement in Fall 2017. Apart from that, he used to intern for the Public and Cultural Affairs Office at the US Embassy in Bangkok in 2019, where he worked closely with diplomats on the Indo-Pacific Strategies speaker program. His previous experiences involve youth development, good governance, public and international affairs, and human rights. His research interests include nonprofit management, public policy, foreign policy in the Indo-Pacific region, and government programs and services.
