Phuong Pham is a research analyst at Laber Labs, a machine learning research group based in the Department of Statistical Science, Duke University. His research interests lie at the intersection of international political economy and international security, focusing on how private actors shape economic statecraft instruments, and how firms’ commercial interests influence states’ security interests. He got his master degrees from Duke University and Queen Mary University of London.
