Tom Ramage is a Nonresident James A. Kelly Korea Studies Fellow and a Pacific Forum 2021 Young Leader. Outside the Pacific Forum, he is an Economic Policy Analyst at the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI) where he provides research and analysis relating to US-Korea trade issues and edits KEI’s quarterly economic policy newsletter.
Tom previously served as an Analyst at Thomson Reuters Special Services and as a Policy Research Fellow with the Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He received an MA degree focusing on International Economics and China Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2021 and a BA from Hobart College in 2016 where he participated in an academic exchange program at Yonsei University in Seoul. From 2016 to 2018, Tom was a Peace Corps Volunteer in China based in Sichuan province.
