Pacific Forum and Hawaii Pacific University presented “France, Vietnam and Southeast Asia,” a 90-minute lecture by Dr. Pierre Journoud.
Dr. Journoud is a research fellow at the Institute for Strategic Research, Military Academic in Paris where he is in charge of a research program on strategic issues in Southeast Asia. He is also associate researcher at the Center for Contemporary History of Asia CHAC, University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne).
