The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Honolulu sponsored a luncheon to review and discuss ROC President Ma’s April 9th broadcast at CSIS in Washington, DC.

TECO Director General V.C. Chu, Director of Military Liaison Division Mr. Joseph Chiou, and Pacific Forum President Ralph Cossa discussed current issues facing Taiwan, including cross-strait relations and the country’s relationship with the United States.
