The Pacific Forum is pleased to announce the inauguration of the "Lloyd R. (Joe) and Lilian Vasey Fellowship" endowment program. This program is designed to honor RADM Joe Vasey (USN, ret.), who launched Pacific Forum 27 years ago to help build better relations between the United States and its Asian neighbors. Joe turned 85 years young in January, 2002.
