Outgoing Pacific Forum President James Kelly’s "unrelenting dedication" and "unswerving leadership" were praised at the February 27 Pacific Forum Board of Governors Meeting and annual dinner in Honolulu. Board Chairman Brent Scowcroft noted that Jim Kelly’s outstanding efforts had taken the Pacific Forum to "new heights of policy relevance" as he served with "great distinction and effectiveness."
